23rd June 2013 - Up at 5:30am as we took the dingy to Seymour island and them spent an hour walking around. It is such a peaceful place with hundreds of birds including blue bobbies, tijertes, gulls and finches just to mention a few. There are also land iguanas on the island. 22nd June 2013 - we sailed through the night around the Northern tip of isabella island. breakfast at 6am this morning. We then went to puerto egas on Santiago island. We took the dingy too the beach and then waded onto the shore. It was a black beach due to the volanic sand. We walked along and found a coloney of Galapagos fur seals. 21st June 2013- up at 6am and we took a ride in the dingy around the shore line on the west side of the tangus cove. We were able to see penguins diving in and out of the water. Pelicans were also around. Back on board for breakfast and then 8am we went onto the gore of tangus cove. 19th June 2013- we had a rough night sailing from santa cruz across to Isabela island. woke up every few hours due to the motion of the boat. After breakfast we took the dingy into the small port city of pto. Villamil. We then got on a bus and drove inland to a salt lake that had a few dozen flamingos.
