So, today we took the tour over to Alcatraz! It was a wicked experience to say you've been there and taking the very touristy audio tour meant we learnt our quota of history about the place. The views of the city from the ferry were great and one of the best bits of the tour!

Another long day, Katie's limping about eventhough I actually wore trainers, more walking done in the last 2 days than in the last month at home! So its another early night, we'll blame the jetlag but we're ready for another full day tomorrow walking the Golden Gate Bridge... o no more walking! Bring on Hawaii and a beach!
