well, i didnt get to update really before. i dont have a lot of time right now either. but i want to say that my first full day in florence went well. went to a giant food market where they sold all kinds of crazy meats...like stomach lining and faces. really. what else....lizards! there are lizards here. on the street. i ate really really well. yesterday i had spaghetti pomodoro with basil and tomato. the best olive oil ive ever had. today i ate gnocchi. it was excellent. with great wine that was cheaper than every other drink here. the duomo is beautiful and massive. i didnt expect the colors to be so pretty and almost pastel like. ive been sweating all day. ALL day. its really hot here, i wasnt exaggerating. its really unattractive of me. tomorrow. rodger and i are hopping on a train. leaving florence. and we are off to vienna, austria. we get there tomorrow night after the long train ride. from there, ill update more. and there are just a few minutes left here on this computer so i will say bye for now. i hope all is well at home. and now, now i need to shower. ciao!
