i am now home. the picture here is of tuscany. and the map says i'm in italy. i figure, that's ok because technically i was in florence this morning...early...and i flew over all of tuscany today as well. i wanted to write to say that i am now home, showered, and in fresh, clean clothes. i also wanted to write up about the past 2 days i've …
Oh, hi. This is my super cool "travel journal." Here, I plan to write all about my trip while I'm away and update it as much as possible. Promise. I leave June 25th to meet up with Rodger in Florence, and from there we are hopping all around. This thing should keep track of it all. I hope that my "travel journal" entries aren't too boring or too lame. I am, by no means, a skilled "blogger." Should I use more quotation marks?... I can and will. The "Where I've Been" section shows…

The "Where I've Been" section shows just that. You can click on the section to see entries from that location. The "More From Me" section includes the link to my journal entries. In the "Where I Am Now" section, there is a map with a red dot, displaying where I am. It moves when I move. But really, I'm sure you know all of this and I'm equally as sure that this is not your first visit to the world wide web. I feel a bit silly writing this. Hmmm...also, there's a message board section, and I will just love you forever if you leave me messages. Really. Plus, I want to know what's going on back in the States and it will help me stay in touch. That's it. I'll be back July 18th...be well and see you soon!

Dear Jess:
We are so excited to have you return from your adventure with Rodger! We are looking forward to hearing more about your trip.
Your Dad and I have lots planned for Tuesday afternoon. We know that you will be tired, but we can't help be excited about seeing you again. You can fall asleep in front of us, we won't mind. We can just sit and stare at YOU! :-) Switzerland sounds like a place that I would like to be.....You know how much I love the mountains and SNOW. You and Rodger stay safe. We love you both....tons! forever....mom
Mr. H.
Waffles, chocolates, wine bars, falafels-- AHHHHH to be young and enjoying the cuisine of Europe. Don't forget to blow an alpenhorn and ring a cows bell for me. Say hi to Shania Twain, I believe she lives there.
mom

Oh My Gosh! I can't believe you saw Drew Barrymore especially since she is one of your favorites. That is sooo exciting. Did you take a shady picture while trying not to be creepy about it? Well if you are still in Amsterdam you should go to the Van Gogh Museum then the Marajuana Hash Hemp Museum. I went there on a class trip with my professors. It was weird and I don't smoke but it was cool anyway. Okay gotta get back to work. Keep enjoying your trip. HI RODGE!

To our Journal Vixen,
You have become my new, favorite web site (thank you for the break from russianbrides.com). you have become such an influence, that i forget who i used to be. (for example) although it went against my olive skin heritage, i was routing for Germany just to hear of your experience with eurpean world cup mania. such as, do uber fans have a problem keeping their shirts on after scoring a goal like the players do? i may never know cause germany never scored...sigh. Pictures of such crowd reaction would have been nice...then i could switch to Germanbrides.com! SCORE!! speaking of pictures, where are they? that section remains blank? you have a unique opportunity to show us your time in the "red light" district and some building architeblahblah...the possibilities are endless. oh well enjoy yourselves wither way. and pics would be nice, even if it is a concrete wall or something.
love and safety,
jimbo
--anyone else think i just came accross like a complete perv?

blue--
i can totally see you hanging out here. youd like it, im sure of it. the people are very diverse. i believe i read somewhere that this city has the most registered different nationalities, out of all other cities. with so many different people all living in one place. so there are all types of people here. everyone is laid back and friendly...of course, with any city in the world, there are some sketchy folk---but, nothing you can do about that. its really a lovely place.
the weather is nice. its on the cool side here. sometimes rainy. it stays light out for a long time. and its probably in the 70s today.
hope all is well and happy with you!
