G'day Groovers and Shakers!! After leaving beautiful and chilled Hoi An, we went another 12hrs south on another sleeper bus to the town of Nha Trang. After anticipating that Hoi An was just the start of the beautiful beaches of Vietnam, we were a tad dissapointed when we arrived to discover that, yes, Nha Trang had nice long stretches of beach, but they were dirtier than expected, and the Hawkers are experts at hassling tourists. Hello all, We travelled from the tranquility and beauty of Laos to Hanoi, Vietnam and left the airport straight into CHAOS !!!! The motorcylcle / moped scene is initially a bit daunting and makes any busy (traffic-wise) European city I have ever visitted look like a scene from Driving Miss Daisy. Not only are there no real lanes but there is no real direction of flow on any road - not just left or right hand side but every cocievable direction... what a laugh ...
