Today was the day we had been waiting for since leaving Canada. Picked up at 8am by our Tuk-Tuk driver whom we have hired for the day and we were off, to the temples of Angkor! At last, a much needed day of no alarms and no timed plans. It was so nice to wake up to the sunlight and the sound of life from the streets below. Tea in bed (whilst Siobh lied in), and a flick through the 'bible' to see what might tickle our fancy for today's stress free day. Errrggghhhh.....a 4:45am wake-up call (after several alcoholic drinks only hours before) makes for a very miserable Siobhan!!!
