Sunday 26th February Awoke to find us anchored off Kangaroo Island together with the Astor a Fremantle based cruise ship. Went ashore at Penneshaw, after breakfast, in a tender landing at a jetty next to the vehicle ferry from the mainland. Tuesday 21st February Welcome to winter. We awoke to a morning of sharp showers in the low 20s, not quite your normal February day in Perth.. A very genteel start for us though as we didn't have to check in at Fremantle until mid day.
