Lake Titicaca with the beautiful Floating islands where people still live, by the water in their traditoinal self made houses. The locals welcomed us so warmly, wearing colorful traditional cloting. They explained about their living there and how they take care of their floating islands, renewing them all the time. Real hand craft the whole place, a work of art I´d say. It was nice to see alternative and still so traditional way of life. I wish I had time to stay there couple days , or weeks, to actually get to know this, more than just seeing what is shown for tourists, to see the hardship and ways of coping too. Nex time I come I´ll make a longer reportage project out of the visit.
