Ok, so am now in Wellington and am heading to Alice's familys place about an hour from here this afternoon for Christmas. We were in River valley on Monday night, we stayed in a beautiful lodge in the middle of nowhere surrounded by mountains. Was amazing scenery, a river was going right past the hostel too. Tuesday morning befroe arriving here in Wellington I went white water rafting for the second time. Can you guess that I am quite enjoying rafting... This time was much more extreme. Many more rocks and rapids, and potentially dangerous parts of the river. In fact we got stuck on a few rocks and had a few big bangs, one causing me to fall out the boat onto a nice big rock. Bruising my back a fair bit. Am fine, just bit sore today.. Had to say goodbye to loads of the other bus crew, quite sad as we have become quite a close group. Today wondered around Wellington in the rain, which was nice. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE xxxxxx
