Hey!

I'm finally back in the world of technology! It was weird having no way of communicating with anyone for 4 days. After the last time I wrote we went out for the night and partied pretty hard, we had tons of buy one get one free vouchers so we had many drinks. Not many people were out so it was just me and Holly and our two 18 year old toff puppy dogs! They are pretty funny but then they take it too far and we have to keep them in line. They both have live in housekeepers and one of them has 7 houses so they don't really understand washing machines and stuff which was funny for us! I wne mad at one of them for littering and I think the look on his face showed he had never been shouted at before!

The day after we waited around all day to do our skydive, they kept on delaying it because of the wind. Then they came and picked us up and put us in all the gear but then the wind picked up so we just had to go home again! We tried to go on a little walk but we all got bored and just went back to the hostel. We made Ed (one of the posh boys) come sfood shopping with us and we dragged it out for soo long, I have never seen anyone get so angry! They were in cheeky moods all day and driving us mad, we made two cups of tea and then they put raw chicken in them! We were not happy!

After I had a shower they covered me in shaving foam so we made them eat washing powder or we said we would never forgive them! We went out again that night because we were so annoyed at not having done the jump and ended up getting pretty drunk. It was our last night with everyone on our bus so it was sad to say goodbye. We were in bed for 1am though because we had to get up at 6am to ring the skydivers but then we couldn't do it AGAIN because of the wind and 3 days later it is still too windy so we are not pleased!

We started on our new bus that morning and ended up with Ken as our driver who the posh boys had warned us about so we weren;t very happy. I started asking him about shark diving straight away and he said it all depended on the weather but it turns out that he isn;t friends with the people who run it so he had no intention of taking us there and we didn't get to do it.

The whole trip was a bit of a nightmare because it rained so much and all the activities planned were outside so nobody wanted to do them. We were staying on farms in the middle of nowhere too and the electrivity kept on going off because of the wind.

The first night we stayed with a family and they were soo welcoming. They sang us a tradional maori song and then we ended up getting watsed and singing songs all night. Then obviously becuase I was drunk i thought we should go in the freezing cold sea afterwards! They had a hot tub there too so we sat in that most of the night drinking wine.

The next day everyone was feeeling pretty fragile and we moved on to the 2nd place which is where the first sunrise in the world is. The rain was terrible and we were hoping to horse ride but we didn;t have any waterproofs so everyone stayed in. I tried to start up a game of hide and seek but only Holly and Danny boy would play. I hid in a big box of wellies but chickened out in the end because I was worried one of the maori women might find me hiding in there!

When the rain stopped abit me and Holly went for a really long walk and got chased by so many dogs. It was so funny, then we went home and watched Harry Potter. I have never drank so much tea as I have over the last few days, just because we were stuck in a kitchen all the time!

We all got up at 5am and trekked up a mountain to see the sunrise which took forever and we were all getting pretty bored and then BOOM it was there! It was cool seeing the sunrise as the first people in the world, we all wanted to ring home but obviously we had no signal!

The next day we went to another place in the middle of nowhere and it was a really sunny day so we chilled on the beach and me and Holly went kayaking for a bit which was funny. Then we got bored and went bacl to the house. We always manage to entertain ourselves in weird ways. Our new mate Leeds was quizzed about what he knew about me and Holly and if he got it worng then we tweezed a hair out of his legs. It was hilarious. Then we found a big bowl of shells and made him lie down while we covered him in them!

That night we all got really drunk because it was our last night together. Then today we drove for 6 hours to get back to Taupo, we'll be leaving here tomorrow to carry on our journey to the south but with a different bus of people. I left my make up bag on the first night with my credit card in it so now I have to try and organise getting that back which is a total mission!

We're off to pizza hut tonight which we are very excited about. Then we are HOPEFULLY skydiving tomorrow at 7am, if not then we will have to do it somehwere else in New Zealand but it is much more expensive.

Thats all for now, sorry it was so long! I have bored myself!
