Hi guys!

Happy Halloween!! I've had a busy but quite boring day today. I started off by trying to find the KL tower from my hostel but couldn't find it so got in a taxi and we drove for ages but it only cost about 3 pound. I think he was ripping me off as well but I dint care because it was such a bargain. Then I went up the tower and had a little look around but there wasn't really much to see. I think KL must be a really new city because there is only a few nice building but once you are on the street you could be in India. Its dirty and hard to breathe with all the fumes!

After that I started my day of taxis! My taxi from KL tower was lovely, he was soo funny. First of all he was trying to see if I could bend my fingers back and touch my wrist which I obviously couldn't but he could so he said dead seriously that I must practice for at least an hour a day and then I'll be able to do it. Then when he found out my name he was asking if I was christina aguilera. He put on a song and said it was just for me and it was......country road take me home to the place where I belong. Then he put on 'when will i see you again!' He was singing along, very funny. Then he wanted to look at my hand and kept saying 'oh yes very good' then he said that if I open my own business I will be very successful but if I go into partnership it will fail. He said everything which such a serious face even though he was just chatting rubbish. He was also asking how much he would get paid in England and if he came over could he come and stay with me! When we got to the petronas towers he said 'oh look at all the people waiting for you, have you got a pen ready to sign autographs!!'

The petronas towers are the tallest twin towers in the world and there is an observation deck that joines them but the KL tower is higher so I didn't bother going up. I just wandered around the shops. The shopping centers here are amazing, the biggest buildings ever! Then I went to the aquarium which was good fun. There is a tunnel which goes through the tank so the fish are all around you.

After that I was wandering around and this Malaysian woman started chatting to me. She was asking where I was from and said that her sister is going to Manchester University. She was really nice and chatting to me for ages. Then after about 15mins she said could I come and chat to her sister about Manchester and then I knew she was a con artist, biatch! In the hostel they made me read this thing about someone approaching you and pretending that somebody they know is going to stay in your country then they invite you their home and play games like poker with you so that you lose loads of money. Well they are fools for going to a strangers house but I couldn't believe she was being so two faced by saying 'oh you must be careful, your mum must be so worried' and then trying to con me herself so I just walked off. STRANGER DANGER!! I hate being rude to people but when everyone is proved right about being careful and not talking to people it makes you want to just ignore everyone!

After that fun incident I went to china town but it was just full of fake stuff and men trying to talk to me. I swear if I had said hello to everyone who said it to me today I would have lost my voice already. Then I couldn't decide where to go next and this man asked me if I needed help so I asked him where I should go. He said Times square is good and that he would walk me half way there so I thought sod it I would walk with him and see if it looked dodgy then leg it if it did. But he was actually a police man on his day off and he knew everybody, he walked me halfway there and pointed me in the right direction. So not everyone is bad!

Times square was the biggest shopping centre ever, it even had a huge rollercoaster in it! It was crazy!! After all this I had pretty much seen everything that there is to see in KL and it was only 3 o'clock. I then got another taxi to independence square which has the tallest flag pole in the world, WOW!! Exciting stuff. I became a bit of a tourist attraction here because all these indian guys wanted their pics taken with me then a malaysian man just put his kid next to me for a photo! It was very weird!

After all that I was BORED so I decided to go to the hard rock cafe for some proper food. They were lovely in here and it was happy hour so I got drunk! Then all the evening staff came in wearing halloween costumes so they were all in a party mood. It was really fun. They were trying to get me to go back at 11 because there is a band there but I think I will be fast asleep by then. I'm knackered already!

Going to Batu caves tomorrow which has 272 steps up to a temple and there are monkeys there so I need to try and make that last a whole day!

Missing everybody loads more when I'm here because the days go much slower when there is nothing to do. I wish I was out of here tomorrow but I suppose I'm not going to love everywhere that I go so I need to make the mist of it! I hope you are all ok. The computer here is sooo slow so I have only updated my rubbish camera pics so far, I will try and upload the ones of my good camera later.
