Hi all, Maximus here. Our journey continues on through the land of Greece, where sidewalks are for parking and motorcycle riding. Where the men hang out in public and the women? well, we may have seen three or four Greek women out and about. Today involved more driving as we left Napflio for sights unseen. As Nikki stated, our navigating ability has improved as our language skills have expanded to basic phonetic understanding of Greek characters. We still have much to learn before we are fluent, however. This unfortunately does nothing to help the poor state of Greek road signs, which either do not exist or have been spray painted over by discontent youths. I drove the weezing Hyundai up a winding single lane mountain road to the deserted Castle of Larissa. The way back down was more fun as I was able to e-brake around several of the switchbacks, a technique which I perfected by the bottom. Several missed turns later and with only a hint of hot-clutch smell we were flying Northward back toward Korinthos where our Peloponnesian adventure began just a few days ago. Nikki wanted some wheel time just to say that she had done it, so she took the helm for the last few km and we made it to Korinthos despite this. I've gotten a good deal of sun, and am a shade red to show for it. Last night's meal was delicious, but I am satisfied with baloney and bread for a couple euros, rather than an expensive spread. We are in good spirits and a few sibling related tiffs aside have had a blast. Everyone feel free to email us, as this is our only connection to home and some semblance of a reality that we no longer know. LATERZ- MAX
