Cordoba!!! Well again didn't really do much in this city as again just a city but it was fun to walk around and see all the jesuit influence in the area - especially when i found a vegetarian buffet - man I was in seventh heaven!! So I met a brit again called kate and we hung out and went for some dinner in a really funky restaurant recommended to us - had pizza and it was delicious!
Next day we went on a tour to discover the surrounding sierras. Stopped off at different parts of the tour like at the jesuit house, the dam, some small towns which was so cute - I could've lived there - one inparticular was called valle hermoso! Our main destination was La Cumbre one of the main sierras where we stopped for lunch - it was beautiful to drive through the small towns and be completely surrounded by giant hills. We took a walk up some rocks to get a better view of it all which was fab. The tour lasted about 10hours so we were back in cordoba by 7ish. The tour was good but the guide was awful she just burted out her info in both english and spanish as if she was reading off bit of paper not even stopping to breathe - terrible.
Next day walked around and saw the cathdral, had lunch with kate and bought some much needed trousers for the inca trail. That night i got the bus to mendoza - again the night bus as dont like spending money on accommodation!! Bus didn't leave til 10.45 so when i got on slept pretty much straight away.
love me
