ok so jaipur is known as the pink city because of the wind palace, jaisalmer is known as the golden city beacuse of the fort and udaipur is known as the white city because of the water palace. ok so the last time i spoke to u guys i was in jaisalmer and heading on a camel safari.... with teh two girls i met on the bus from jodhpur roni and erin.. how do u desscribe: sleeping on the dunes under the star with a full moon....the weather was perfect we had a fire going and some local people came and played the sita , flute and sang traditional rajasthan desert songs it was wonderful... in the moon light we watched black bettles walking on the dunes this ...

so after an interesting bus ride..... were firstly the bus driver tried to charge me and two other girls ten ruppees to put our bags in the storage comparment and not the rest of the indian passanges... we fort and threated to call the tourist police we finally won and got on the bus....i had a sleeper seat which is a box compartment above the normal 2x2 seats interesting ride but at lease u get some sleep and room. and secondly at about 1am in the morning the b...

Jodhpur is such a refreshing change from jaipur. This beautiful town is a maze of barrazs and narrow street... sitting above it is the beautifully maintained Meherangarh fort... this fort is still in run by the current maharaja and has a great audi tour that takes u through the history of the mughals in this area. the fort still has cannon ball battle scars from a battle in the 18th century.. this town has geat shopping i have spent way to much time looking at si...

ok so after 7hrs in the car again getting from rishikesh to delhi we finally made it yayayy some civilisation with email and phones.... Delhi is big, beautiful and so much better that kolkata. the Red Fort is amazing and so very well kept from it we could see the entire city....the streets here a generally clean and the people sligtly less pushy with trying to sell u things.
