My last day in the city! I've been wandering in and out of the shops along Central Avenue, they store clerks give new meaning to being attentive they literally follow you around the entire time! Another strange thing is I'm not entirely sure what the exchange rate is, so I can't figure out the price of anything...I haven't found anything to buy yet where it doesn't matter how much it costs...
I went into the Central Market which was kind of cool, they have everything from chicken and fish to shoes and hammocks...
There seems to be a lot more people around today but it still doesn't feel over crowded.
I met my roommate for the next two weeks, her name is Carrie she's from Vancouver...she is also traveling by herself for the first time and is here for 5 weeks...had dinner with the rest of the group tonight too...7 girls 3 (including me) from Canada, 1 from Australia, 2 from Swizterland, 1 from England...there is supposed to be one boy in the group but he hasn't arrived yet.
6 am wake up call tomorrow for our white water rafting trip...and so the adventure begins!
