We came back from our jungle trek yesterday, and had a wicked nite out last nite with our group. We met a great group of people. Jay was the only lad on the trek so spent most time with the trek people who were a good laff and they spent most of the time drinking saki which Jay got pissed up on,on the last nite

The trek was hard work with loads of hill climbing in the heat so we were all pretty minging and sweaty at the end of every day!

The waterfall was beautifull and we also went bamboo rafting on the 3rd day but the battery was dead in my camera, it was good fun though.

There was the guy and jay at either end rowin the thing with big sticks and me claire and Shauna (2 lovely irish girls on our trip) in the middle just chillin! At one point we went past a group of japanese guys on the edge of the river who decided to throw Jay a beer, and forgettin that he had the stick to balance with, let go to catch the beer and fell straight in! Though never dropped the can and enjoyed his beer the rest of the way! At one point i tried to stand up with jay and my foot slipped in between the bamboo, so i had one leg on the raft and the other half trapped at the knee! Big bruise! Weve been bit quite a lot aswell. But i suppose thats the jungle 4 ya! Were back at our hotel now just enjoying the good weather. In desperate need of another thai massage though, as ive never walked so far in my life! think were gonna set off to the islands next and maybe do the full moon party. lots of love us xxx
