After the Colca canyon we took a night bus from Arequipa to Nazca, sight of the famous nazca lines. These are huge designs in the dessert made a long time ago. No ones sure why. We visted a nearby cemetary with ancient tombs and then got a flight over the lines in a small 5 person plane. Incredible sight and nice view although it made veryone feel a little sick being bumped around! After the flight we had a barbecue pool party at the hotel and had a good night. Next day we set off to pisco where we visited a brewery and then went sandboarding and bombing it around in a buggie over the dunes. It was great fun, alot like a rollercoaster. Can t say i was much good at the sandboarding however, could nt stay on my feet.
