Durban we have to say is'nt the nicest place in the world!! Its a bit dingy and falling to pieces and a lot of poor people on the streets, the town centre is a bit sketchy and definetly a lot of stares here!! We have'nt really done much here to to brake the long journey up!! Chilled on the beach and went to the cinema twice as it costs 7 Rand (40p) on Tuesday and 13 Rand (90p) which we could'nt turn down!! Its really humid here so we know now of things to come on...

We took a 24 Hour bus to Jo'Burg from Windhoek, Namibia! We got to the bus station in central Jo'Burg and to be honest it looked as bad and dangerous as we have been told! We based all our tours from Windhoek which is Namibias capital!! Its basically an oven there 24/7 its do hot!! We went to the coastal town of Swakopmund where the temps really dropped to the 20's instead of the 30's and 40's!! Its a pretty much German town with townships around the outside where all the blacks and coloureds live! We tried out sandboarding here! We firstly visited a place called Sossusvlei which is in the Namib desert!! Its a combination of a lot of sand and lods of dried out river beds!! It really is an awsome place!! The desert was so hot around 40 degrees and our guide told us it can get up to 60 degrees in January!
