Due to relentless rain and wind our trip to Philips Island is a complete disaster. Although we persist and trek down to see the seals we give up and make the day a driving day because the weather is so bad. It was the coldest, wettest day in February on record. The Great Ocean Road was amazing and the photos really don't do it justice.
