I'm so hungover.

Just thought i'd let you know that the12 hr bus was fine.. we both managed to have a good kip despite being near the back (though if you have long legs i suggest you get the back seat with no one in front as they normally put the seats right back). They give you a small bottle of water and a blanket (though earplugs would be better cos everyone seems to take the 12 hr bus ride as a chance to listen to their ringtones) you stop a few times and we jumped off before...

Just got back from Halong bay.. a very bazarre experience.. 3 hours in the bus and 4 hours on a boat, to a cave (pretty good, had a stalagtite that looked like a winky), then to halong bay.. for some reason our guide wouldn't let us of the boat so we were stuck 50 yards away from the sure (and karaoke bars) on this crappy old boat.Our guide also wouldn't let us go Kayacking and at one point he tried to start a fight with a girl on the tour? We arrived at Sapa at around 6 in the morning after an 8 hour overnight train ride, the train is pretty spot on actually (unlike India) and so had a good nights sleep. We were lucky enough to get the early train, this should have ment that we arrived in Sapa early and had time for a shower etc, ufortunatley no bus moves in Vietnam untill every seat is full.
