well hello there (Rooney is rubbish). can't remember what i last said but here goes. Been to kuala lumpur, was a pretty nice place, booked into a nice hotel for the night and actually used the gym. How do folks, we've just go to the jungle after spending 4 days in the perhentian islands. Spent about 3 quid a night on accom, very cheap but a bit minging. Ho hum.
