We got the ferry over to Ko Phi Phi. Its such a beautiful Island. We stayed in a beach hut on the first night, we had a hammock but Chris broke it after swinging in it too much! There are two Islands one is Ko Phi Phi Don this is where all the hotels are and Ko Phi Phi Leh no one is allowed to stay on this Island I think they are trying to prevent it from being damaged too much by the tourist industry. There is so much on Phi Phi Don there must be at least 50 dive shops! It's really relaxed here and we are enjoying the time to chill out. We went snorkelling today on one of the beaches. We walked up to the top of the Island to a viewpoint and looked out. There is a long strip in the middle of the Island with a beach on either side, this was completely wiped out in the Tsunami. They are still re-building now and they work from early in the morning till late at night, trying to get it ready for peak season. It was badly affected by the Tsunami but it seems to be quite busy here now.Will be staying here for a couple more days will keep you updated.
