Left gorgeous Borneo today and travelled to KL. Early flight tomorrow so staying at Sama Sama hotel at the airport. Took airport express and monorail to Bikit Bintang. Had a couple of drinks and delicious street food.

Lovely morning by the pool then twilight golf with me in the driving seat! Neil enjoyed a round of golf whilst avoiding crocs and cows! Refreshing beer at the 19th.

Great day watching the Orangutans and monkeys. Then canopy walk high in the trees.

Went into KK tonight. Saw the Atkinson Clock Tower. Had a wander round food market and souvenir market. Had a look at the fish market where they are taken straight from the boat. Saw about half a dozen rats scurrying around!! Had a couple of beers at the waterfront and a lovely Thai meal. watched the sunset then onto KK Times Square and came across a live band in the shopping centre. Quite good they were celebrating harvest festival

Boat trip today to the island of Sapi. One of 4 islands of the coast of Kota Kinabalu. Small island walked round it in an hour and the relaxed on the beach and did a bit of snorkeling.
