When in 8th grade, studying U.S. was a little hard remembering everything but it was fun and totally worth it. This is because we should know what happened in our own country, how somethings came to be. Learning about the Bill of Rights, and the 13th amendment, and the Womens sufferage movments, I learned that without those things taking place I probably wouldn't be writing this or would't have the same friends, or even be able to have the privilege of being able to go to a school. Everyone should notice how everything has changed, or advanced since we first arrived to America. How people do things, what people want to change to make it better. How somethings remained the same like people trying their best to make their country better and stronger than ever, and that many things have changed over time like, our population, what jobs we have, and how much we make working those jobs. Those things should be thought of while going on this trip, some are easy to notice, while other points maybe hard to find but all are what helped make our country a better place for everyone...
