Going with oasis overland, so far so good.They do land only but can recomend travel agents,websites for flights. An advantage was holding a booking with no payment until I got flights fixed up.They use a Peruvian based agent to book flights,hotels and tours payable locally in us dollars.

Have utilised them to book flights Juliaca to Cusco,more nights in Cusco,trip to Puerto Maldonado and pre and post trip accomodation in Lima
