Hey all, thought is was about time for a new update from sunny Cairns.

Neil has now completed his 4 day PADI license and is now a certified diver. He hopes to take his advanced course soon once we have earned a bit more money. I have been very slack on the photos but will try my best this week to get it sorted.

We have continued making new pals and getting to know our housemates better too, lots of parties (Tuesday and Thursdays being the cheapest and the best)

We went tubing down a river near Cairns on Sunday which was cool and relaxing. We spent 2 hours on a flatable tube travelling down the river with a beer in our hands. Fantastic scenery and all shaded too which was good for me.

On Tuesday i visited a friends school for the morning which was ace, (its a Montessorri School) so a little different but was great to be working with the children again.

We celebrated our 6 year anniversary at the apartment where a friend from Korea cooked us a Korena meal, DELICICIOUS, and then we got very drunk by the pool with a group of freinds before hitting the town!

Neil got a job (which i found at work) this week counting traffic in Cairns fro the City Council .Its only 2 days work but its a bit of extra cash while he looks for a part time job. I am still getting to grips with my job but its slowly sinking in!

All in all, we are having a good time here, feel very settled and getting on with work, as well as partying hard with our international apartment.

I can imagine we are not missing too much over there ;)
