well we are now in kuala lumpar! Singapore was great, its like a catalogue city, completely spotless and perfect, very very civilised! was all good had some nice meals, not been very good on the budget yet tho! went for a really nice meal at a seafood restaurant and it was fairly cheap, then we ordered some crab, also fairy cheap...or so we thought! it was priced by the gram and well lets just say it was a bloody big crab! so that ended upcosting more than all our meals and drinks put together! ah well! today had a 6 1/2 hr train journey to kuala lumpar which cost 10 pounds, which is actually expensive for transport here! it was really comfy, even a tv! to get from each carriage felt like jumping over a gap while the train was moving, and theyjust leave the doors of the train open here! it was also freezing! 35 degrees outside but everywhere goes overboard on air conditioning and you loo forward to leaving it to get outside to warm up! bit bumpy but managed a small nap! talking of sleep these malarai tablets have given me imsomnia and havent slept more than few hours recently! so got to kuala lumpar, gorgeous weather still and gorgeous city...alot more 'asian' feel to it than singapore, alot more quirky and we love it here! went to petrona towers today but missed climbing up them so goig back tomorrow- tallest building in the world! just got back from dinner, really broke the bank, all three of us ate with drinks for under a fiver! we're loving the cheap prices and things are just getting cheaper (and less civilised!) the higher up we go! our hostel here is basically a box, but just us three in it and its costing us 3 pounds so cant relaly complain! Got another night here then going to Cameron highlands on some jungle treks! then its time for the beach! going to the perinthian islands, which are Maylasia's show piece islands, apparently there out of this world! amy and rhi are doing there diving course there so stayig put for about a week, i plan to sunbathe, swim and windsurf!
