Our last day in Mazatlan for most of us. Bob, Vic and Thelma are all staying until Wednesday.

We had breakfast with our Mazatlan Rotarian friends this morning and recieved certificates of appreciation. We also presented gifts to our friends. It has been a very successful project. Each of the recipient of the vehicles was pleased with our contributions to their community.

After breakfast we had an hour to pack and check out. Then it was off to the airport with the school bus. No problems at the airport or security. Pepe was there to see us off. Arrived in Edmonton at 8:45. Murray and Pat were home by 11:30, while the Grande Prairie group had to overnight in Edmonton to catch a Sunday flight home.

I hope that you have enjoyed our tales of adventure on the Road to Mexico 2009. What a great group to be with! What a great project that has brought so much to the residents of Mazatlan and area! We are looking forward to hearing from the Mazatlan community for their needs in 2010.
