Huge apologies for the length in time since our last update, our thoughts were that there was little to report as most of our time here in Brisbane has been taken up with working. But in actual fact, now that we look back there have been so many things to tell you about that we are going to have to try and condense it somewhat. Ollie has been able to keep his job at Wilson's tackle even through all the order mix ups he has done, sending out the wrong number...

So leaving Townsville on the Wednesday, we head on up further north to Tully to the home of the 7.9 metre Golden Gumboot to where we intended to stay the night, that was until we received a text message from JJ and Sam to say that they had managed to get us all onto a hugely reduced trip to the Barrier Reef, but only if we could make it up to Cairns by Thursday night, to be on the trip at 8am on Friday morning.
