Departure at 6.40am aboard the ICE train from Vienna to Wurzburg, Germany. We then transfer from one train to the next with a 7 minute window. Our next part of the journey will take us aboard the ICE train from Wurzburg to Hamburg with an arrival time of 1605hrs.

The kids are delighted that we will be travelling first class and will enjoy the benefits of luxury travel.

We have arrived safe and sound to Hamburg, Germany. The 10 hour train trip was actually okay and went reasonably quickly. I am not too sure that the other first class passengers enjoyed the laughter and chatter of the boys, but overall the boys were very good and all managed to get up to date with their travel journals.

We are very comfortable in Jasmine's lovely apartment which is located in a nice and convenient location of Hamburg.
