It's been a few days since I write something. Once I got to the Homebon plant on Thursday afternoon I was anxious to get started on the new products. They gave me a list of species a textures that they wanted to develop colors for and it totaled around 30 new products. There are many challenges that are presented when working with: different coating materials, people that really want to help but don't normally work in a plant, and people that can't speak the same language. At times I feel like I am going to lose it, but then at times I just laugh. I then realize how blessed I am to have these obstacles, because problem solving is what I love most.
