We headed into Alberta on Hi-Way #1 towards Lake Louise. There is nothing quite like driving through the Rocky Mountains. The road was better, including the new Park Bridge outside of Golden. We may have left home a couple of days ago but today actually feels like we are starting our Cross Canada trip. This afternoon we took the Kettle Valley Steam Train for a 2 hour run on the original train tracks from the 1800's pulled by a steam locomotive from the same era.
