Hey all,

sorry i have been out of contact on here for a bit. i have been in newcastle with family for the past week with very little internet access. was good to have a room to myself for once, and enjoyed catching up with family. met cousins, aunts and uncles whom i have never met before, and other members of the extended family. did a walking tour of newcastle, a tour of st james' park (home to newcastle united), plenty of family meeting and activities. we were staying in alnwick - about 45 mins north of newcastle. nice little town. did plenty of walking around there as well. they filmed the flying scenes for harry potter there so i can say i've been to hogwarts...no doubt ur impressed kayesy.

caught the bus to edinburgh yesterday. i am up here for 3 nights. catching a bus to glasgow on sunday, and am staying there for 3 nights. i hav 2 run as i am doing a 3 hour walking tour of edinburgh in 20 minutes. i will try and upload some photos now. ps bought an umbrella from a vending machine just then...wet and raining
