We've had a lovely couple of days in Vienna, stroking through the city and feeling the charm of yet another beautiful place... Today was probably the best day here, we went for a fresh, Sunday morning walk where I had read that there were two air defence towers remaining from WWII, apparently you could climb up them and get a great view of the city... What we found though were two derelict, graffiti clad cement blocks that were completely fenced off... Mostyn took great pleasure in slagging me off for a dud tourist attraction, there was plenty of piss-taking material to capitalise on! The afternoon saw us take in madam tussauds which was really cool, plus a visit to an amusement park where we hopped on the bumper cars and high soaring swings. I drew the line at the rollercoaster, which mos went on himself... At the moment we are just about to head off for the customary afternoon beers, then off for some Japanese for dinner and hitting the casino...we had a fair bit of luck in the casino last night so we figure we might as well try again...
Fast forward to Monday morning and we had another lucky night at the casino... We are just about to leave Wien and head to the station to catch the train to Munich... Had a great time here and now looking forward to another scenic rail journey and another cool place! Lots of love to you all xxx
