I set off to Port Moresby on the 22nd November 2010 from Beautiful Madang. The previous day Sunday I had had a go pinis at my local church, the Church of the Nazarene Madang. I preached that Sunday, 21st November 2010. After the service the church members served some food for the people who had turned up for my go pinis. They were some speaches and photo taking and signing in books as I was leaving the country the next day. After the party I went to Madang Lodge where I was staying in these last days as I had left my house because I became so sick in these last days, I was even adimitted in Modilon Hospital for 3 days. At the Lodge, I packed my bags ready to leave the next day making sure that I had no extra kilos. So the next day Monday 22nd November 2010, after saying bye bye to all my friends, I left for Madang airport. The flight was delayed for over an hour, as is a common practice here in PNG, and remember I had connecting flights to Singapole, so I started thinking hee I should gone to Port Moresby one day early so as to be in time for my international flights. So fianlly we took off from Madang after notifying Jafason International airport that I was late but I had a connecting flight to Singapole, so at the airport my baggage was picked faster and I proceeded to the international terminal - I was the last person to check in, but I managed to get on the plane in time for the flight!
