I am keying this at 11500m (38000ft in the old money) over the Java Sea about to cross Indonesia as I am bored s***less as the entertainment system went postal 30 seconds into the lovely and thoroughly enjoyable 8 hour trundle. Never has time felt so slow - in fact I feel like Fernando Torres will score before we land. Norm I know you told me don't look at the map but it's that or a particularly tastelessly frescoed laminate wall. As I type the boredom is broken by a trademark Charlotte meltdown - can't say I blame her. Hopefully we have movies and sleep on the second leg, I'll settle for sleep.
