Hi guys, sorry its been so long. Its hard to get to an Internet place here, who would of thought. We will try and update you as much as we can . We still cant upload the photos so we probably have to wait until the Philippines.Since our last blog weve been quite busy.
The day after our zoo trip we headed back to Shinjuku again and organised a Mount Fuji and hakone tour. after we organised this we went to shibuya randomly. This place is crazy, the streets were rammed, lights were flashing everywhere and giant screens on pretty much every building.
We have also been to the Sony building, we walked to the ginza district from Yurakucho station. the sony building was pretty amazing, you could literally try every product within the building. there was this camera that would automatically take photos as soon as someone smiled. It was crazy our faces came up on a massive tv without realising our photo had been taken. Later on that day we decided to go to Tokyo Tower. unfortunately the zojoji temple which is infront of the tower was underconstruction. the tower was better than we expected. after going to the top and seeing the whole of tokyo and the glass floor we went down floor to floor and checked out some cool stuff. there was a wax museum, 4d theatre (well scary), guiness book of records museum and a crazy art gallery. We took lots of photos as each was really interactive. Outside the tower when we was leaving there was a little monkey doing a performance haha.
The next day was the mount fuji and hakone tour. we arrived at hamamatsucho station for 9am and got on a coach to mount fuji itself. Which took us half way up the mountain called the fifth station, this is the highest point you can go by coach so we was quite lucky as sometimes its shut off. the weather was rubbish and snow everywhere, it was proper foggy. Our tour guide was hilarious he was talking loads of random stuff. it started off to do with mount fuji and then drifted off to the subjects of suicide rates, schools, wifes and random japan facts. he just loved chatting for fun haha. After lunch we went for a cruise on lake ashi the views were lovely even though it was foggy. This took us to mount komagatake aerial cable way, this was so stupidly high it rises to 1,327 metres and is 1,800 metres long, unfortunately we couldnt see much as you will see on the photos when we upload them. We got our first bullet train, when the tour ended. It was so fast .
That evening as it was our last night in tokyo. we went to roppongi. this place is full of restraunts and is very popular with tourists. wish we found it earlier haha. We went for a lovely meal. we ate and drank lots in a posh restraunt. you could see them cooking your food, it was awesome.
Our time is running out now as were on a metre and we will update you from our journey to osaka tomorrow.
miss you lots xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
