Hi guys, In small city called Puño now after making our way here from cusco. Finished Inca trail on friday and had final look round Machu picchu on saturday. Got train back to cusco that night. Bit of a nightmare. Quickly dumped bags in the worlds dodgiest hostel (less than 2 quid a night) and met up with the inca trail possey in good irish bar. struggled through first few beers but things soon livened up! Hit a few clubs and tasted some of the local tipples. Beeching leaves early wiv other lads to go to another club. Grandison and Berrisford follow a bit later. On arrival beeching isn't hard to find... he's up on the bar dancing. He spends most of the night behind the bar serving drinks to the locals and a few 'special offers' to the boys. Grandison spends bit off time with an old flame whilst Berrisford manages to make an impression on his first big nite in cusco. having not taken watches out for security reasons, we get home to find its 5.30. Not good as had to be up at 6.30 for 8 hour bus to puno!! Anyway, made it alrite, not much to shout about here but going out onto lake titicaca tomoro for a nite on some floating islands. Local family putting us up for the nite, should be an experience. Hope to dear god that they don't eat guinea pig. Adios
