Hi all, Well this may possibly be my last postcard as I will be leaving S.Africa in two fays time. I have had an absloutly brilliant time and could easily spend another month here - there is just soo much to do. On Monday I headed off on a 5 day trip with the bokbus along the greden route. This was one of the best trips I have been on and every day was better than the next. I did so much and had so much fun that I was too exhausted to do anything when I got back, but sleep (for over 12 hours). Our tour guide adrianne was brilliant and couldn't do enough to make our trip as much fun as possible. Well here is a quick low down of the tour: Mon: We headed off from Ahanti Lodge at 8am on a bit of a drive to Mossel Bay. When we eventually got their we checked into our rooms which were on a stationary train overlooking the beach. The views were amazing. We had an hour or so to chill and go for a relaxing walk along the beach whilst getting to know each other. There were 5 others on the trip. Becci & Sarah from England, Mark & Anika from Germany and Jenny from Sweeden. All were really good fun and helped to make it a fantastic week. We left the beach and headed off for our safari tour to see the big 5. We seen all of the animals, but the safari wasn't the best ever. It was still nice to do and say that I have seen the big 5! After the tour we went for dinner at the game park. This was amazing food and was the first meal of what was to be amazing food for the week!!! After dinner we all chatted around a lovely open fire and then headed back to our train for an early night - we were all knackered. Tue: We got up early Tuesday morning and had breakfast on the train. Just as we were leaving I bumped into Pat that used to live in my house! He has just started travelling and was on his way to cpae town. I will hopefully meet him tonight for a few beers. This world just gets smaller and smaller. Anyway we headed off to another park where there were crocildiles, aligators, all knids of lions and tigers with cubs etc also. It was a really good park and great fun.
