We got to New Orlean's on Sunday afternoon. Oh my God is it hot or what? Up to the 100's. Last night was a big session. We started off around 5ish in our house. We have a big house that we are renting for 3 nights. We have to share rooms, but last night I didn't make it off of the couch, so that didn't bother me. Some people ended up in the wrong beds also, but hey we're all adults! We went for a meal and then to the DBA bar. There was jazz music, dancing etc and we all got wasted. Back to the house for some drinking games. We did a big booze shop yesterday and bought tonnes of Vodka and JD. Not much left this morning. When I say tonnes I mean 6 litres of Vodka, 2 large bottles of JD. It's all so cheap. Today we can do what we want, so I'm going to recover by the pool - try and get a tan and recover from last night. Tonight we're having a BBQ and then another session. Tmrw the swap tour and then off to Mexico for some Tequila. The gang are pretty sound, but to be honest they couldn't drink for s***. They were all drunk before we finished the meal, so I had to go solo for a while to catch up with them. The first night we'd a session I'd a barny with Robin - typical Mick. She had turned the music off at 10 o'clock and I wanted more. Needless to say the music went back on and I had to apologise the next day. All is fine now, but hey they need to know what I'm like. Other than that we all get on great. Me and Amy are the only two up for the craic on the bus, every one else goes to sleep and we play some daft car games. The other night I learned a drink game called "f*ck the dealer" - basically you guess what the next card to be turned is. If you guess right the delaer must drink, you guess wrong you drink. Towards the end you can see most of the cards so its easier to guess and the dealer ends up pissed. America - I Love it. So glad I did this, but missing you all so much also. For those of you that don't work at Access - Tony is a tiger that has worked with us for the last 5 years so he needed a break and will be in lots of photos. Love to y'all Little Mick XXX
