We checked onto our train at 17:30 for our 3 night trip to Singapore. Once we had settled into our apartment we showered and dressed for dinner. The trip is being hosted by Ian Kittichai a celebrity chef with restaurants either side of the globe and a film crew making a documentary. The food is superb but with pastries for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and a five course meal in the evening with the likes of a chocolate ball that when hot cherry sauce was poured over melted away to unveil coconut ice cream in a delicious sauce. Good job it's only 3 nights.
