Left the travelodge at 08.15 and took the car to the long term parking which was cheaper than a taxi to Heathrow. Checked in with Thai Air for our 11 hour flight and thought we would get the price for an upgrade so proceeded to the Thai air desk. Tonight we are staying in a travelodge at Heathrow to acclimatise to the type of hotels that lie in wait. We fly out at 11.50 tomorrow and arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 06.00 local time (11 hour flight) We then have around an hour transfer to Don Mueang International Airport for our onward flight. Where are we going!
