so far barcelona has been b****ing! absolutely a great time. things here are slow during the day but drunk at night. i find myself continually meeting canadians and australians... but apparently there are a ton of californians roaming around.. yet to find one. yesterday we ended up turning a half hour train ride into 3 1/2 hours. yeah we're cool like that. definitely got our 1,20€ worth and then some. woops! upon arriving the beach i made my topless...

after getting fattened up in Hendaye from family Mandy and I arrived in Barcelona to deal with some train scheduling issues. After getting our future reservations together we battled the subway and successfully saw the light of day... which then we proceeded to read a map wrong and walked La Rambla for way too long. so we finally found our hostel then set up camp and walked Las Ramblas. there's an amazing open air market with meats and fruits and vegetables, et...
