Arrived in the beautiful island of Koh Samui yesterday, after spending 11hours on a coach and 3 hours on a boat. But it is definitely worth it. The sea is very very blue, the sand is white (and hot) and we are staying in a little beach hut, just 3 metres from the water. Have met some cool people, one of which is from Surbiton of all places! Everything is very peaceful here, and we have spent lots of time sunbathing (burning - in Jonny's case!) and drinking Singha beers. It is a long way from Squire's and DW Lighting, no offence to either! We will shortly be going on a island Safari Trek, which inculdes elephant trekking, monkeys, tigers, a 300m zip line, waterfalls, and lunch on a mountain top. There are not too many internet cafes around so sorry if we don't update this for a few days. Photos will follow..
