Day 10 romped it in to Santiago with a 25 km walk in 5 1/2 hours arrived at the cathedral at 11.50 but not aloud in with packs on so unwind in square and had photo shoot. Lined up to get compostala very proud moment and then lunch and hotel room which Stuart had booked. Celebrated at tapas bar with rino tino and made more pilgrim friends More celebrations tomorrow

Day 8 18 Km's today staying in Pardon really in the Galica area First at alberque Had a pedro follow us for a bout 7 Km's One more day to go and 24 Km's until Santiago Palla for lunch in the town square. To die for Kids playing soccer on the square while mum and dad enjoy lunch. So luckily to be here again on the Camino. Would recommend the Portuguese Camino to any one. Have been walking a week now so day 7 and it was a 24 km walk today. Walking made in heaven today, up and over 3 altos. Lunch in a local farmers back yard with home made chiro and wine delious Corpus Chiat flowers on the pavements as we walked by very pretty.

Day 6, 24 Km's Arrived at albergue on the side of a hill only 16 beds and enough for us.
