Hey guys, well we got slightly fed up with the craziness of Bangkok and decided to head South for the beach, we both decided on Pattaya which isn't very backpacky but more touristy. We were so proud of our little selves trecking across bangkok by bus and making our way to the main bus station to catch the bus here, gives you a sense of sweaty achievement when you finally sit on the airconditioned bus ready for your 2 hour drive! Pattaya is the weirdest town we have ever been to (so far) I (aaron) am slightly no make that very disturbed to the point were my skin is crawling. This is like a meat market for the over 45 German, Aussie and Brit men who are the wrong side of twenty stone and have less hair than jackie's armpits at the mo. Which really isn't that hard (she has very hairy armpits, getting into the backpacker spirit i'd say) (thanks for sharing that jones!). Don't blame them at all though you wan't to see the bits of stuff theey leave the bar with. Also there is a very funny camp land-a-man aerobics class on the beach which they all watch and slobber over. So it is fair to say my time has been spent feeling very ill ( i did actually puke today) and akward. Anyway, back to realtity with Miles (i'm in italics, if you hadn't guessed!) We haven't actually made it onto the beach as yet, I gmust have gotten something in my eye last night and spent most of my time itching my poor eye whilst sleeping and woke up this morning to a very shocked looking jones, I have a bog eye, so we spent most of today hiding in our cool room trying to make the swelling go down. We have decided to leave this town tomorrow and head up to Chang Mai (backpackers heaven) its hopefully going to be more fun, more people to talk to and cheaper! I've had far too many conversations about pensions then I care to remember here!
