Well after our whistle stop/stressfull two week tour of Vietnam some chilling out was well in order, and seen as we had slightly overspent a little so cheap chilling out was in order.
After flying into Bangkok in the afternoon we headed for Koah San road to catch our bus down to Chumphon were we would catch out ferry over to Koh Toa. Only to be told that the bus was full and we would have to get the 5.30 in the morning bus, which would mean spending anothher night in Bangkok and sampling the delights of Koah San...again! I was ok there was Chang and lots of it.
After dragging Jack out of bed, and trust me you take your life into your own hands doing that (you say this like your full of the sound of chirpy little birds in the morning dear) we got on our bus and after 6 hours were on our lovley boat heading to Koh Tao which mainly a diving island as it has the best coral in Thailand, nut that was ok cause it had some of the best beaches too. So that was that four days chilling out on lovley private beaches, it was heaven. The only type of excersise we got close to was when we had walked through the jungle for twenty minutes to get to a private beach, which was good as it was a gorgeous small bay surrounded by two big hills either side and slighlty shaded by palm trees. However when we sat down to sunbath a guy come up to us to collect our 100 Baht each fee, i had realised i had left my wallet in my other shorts. The guy "replies thats ok would you like a taxi boat there and back for 100 baht" but i had noticed the kayak for hire and decided to take a more adventurous way back to our guesthouse and at 70 baht it was cheaper even better. Jack decided she was coming too (like I'd let you loose in the ocean in a kayak that you've never ever done before, and ok my left and right aint great, but with your upperbody strenght you were going nowhere! Plus imagine if you got lost and I had to tell your mum, silly boy)and jump in the kayak with me. This is when i realised the extent of this girls poor co-ordination as that was the toughest kayak ride of my life with her paddling in the exact opposite direction to me.
So apart from that slight bit of exercise that was it really oh and yeah the little bit of Chang weight lifting, the biceps in my right arm are pumping but my gut is seriously not (seriously NOT!)
Toodle pip X (See I had to get out of my deathbed to come and check up on the blogs and make sure he was telling the truth!)
