Next up we decided that it would be good to visit a mountain town and national park on our way to Saigon. Da Lat is a very strange city, it has some really nice flower displays in places (where they've tried to make it look good) and is ridden with poverty elsewhere with cracked pavements (when i say cracked, i mean massive holes, i would imagine very treacherous if drunk). A Train journey later and we were now in Hoi An. We had fortunately all been able to get in the same room on the train as well as sharing with 2 local men (6 ppl in a room). Thursday started early as we got picked up from our hotel to start our 3 day tour. A 3 hour journey with a pit stop at the workshop of handicapped children (i think they must keep them in the back making stuff to sell because i didn't see any) - a highlight of any trip. Hello once again people, Here's the story of Hanoi. A brilliant city, with some good night life and i think think the fact we stayed in a really nice hostel helped.
