We have now left both the Argentinian and Brazilian side of Iguassu falls behind, yesterday we did the Argentinian side of the falls and it was a long hot day with lots of walking, a train ride and a trip on a boat right to the waters edge of a water fall and we got proper soggy! Early start today, left hotel Waldorf and Buenos Aires and Argentina all in a single day. Flew out to Brazil to see the mighty Iguassu falls, what can we say, truly a magnificent sight. Immense waterfalls stretching as far as the eye can see. Today we visited the Brazilian side, tomorrow we go back to Argentina briefly to see the falls from that side. Day5/6 Day 5 we moved hotels from Mintevideo st. to Paraguay av. First impressions was the room was whilst slightly bigger and has a bath and toilet which you no longer have to sit one foot in the shower cubicle in, it is not what we would expect for a 3 star hotel. No free wifi, and breakfast is chaotic, front door open to public and air conditioning frankly disappointing and falling to pieces. Day 4 - 2 left feet Today we ventured onto the subway to look at the arty part of the city which was a bit disappointing and a bit smelly. Was actually quite relieved to get back on the subway. Day3 Today we succumbed and had a McDonalds in Argentina. All I can say is the burger definitely tasted more beefy, kind of like licking a cow. Odd but true, it was a quick cheap lunch on the go...
