Today, lazy day at the hotel, we stayed around the pool & the beach, vegetating & being soaked by a few unexpected showers, nothing major but just enough to wet us all over while we were sunbathing... This is the end of my stay in Isla Mujeres, but maybe we'll go back there with Russ & Cait in a few days, our agenda is not fully booked just yet... The boat to go back to Cancun was whole for me, I was surprisingly the only one on board, maybe because it was lunch time. & I got splashed all over obviously, lol! I was feeling a bit hot... I have finally landed in Cancun after a 10h30 flight, the sun is shining & it's 29 degrees Celsius outside, just perfect! Anyway, I am now waiting for a coach to go to my first destination, Mérida, which is about 4 hours drive from Cancun airport. I'm hoping to visit the pyramid of Uxmal there.
